In our two manufacturing units, we have the most advanced machinery and equipment for processing
raw materials and producing high-quality output.
For edgeband manufacturing, there is one facility spread over 76,788 square feet. The facility has a capacity of 8 lakh meters per day. We offer more than 550 different colour options. In addition to this, we can customize colours and sizes within two days.
Our second unit is for hot melt adhesives for the edgeband. The unit is spread over an area of 38,394 sqft. The unit produces 1800 tons a year. We produce 9 different grades of hot melt glue for semi- automatic edgebanders (manual) and fully automatic edgebanders (through the feed).
We have established a highly sophisticated laboratory staffed by a dedicated R & D team to ensure our products are of consistent quality.
